BCBAs design programs without corporate templates. RBTs are part of treatment planning, not just delivery. Clinical judgment is respected here.
Monthly all-team learning lunches, peer case-review groups, mentorship circles for new BCBAs. Loneliness is not part of the job description.

Lead a caseload of 8–10 children in our center-based and in-home programs. Mentorship from senior BCBAs included.
Deliver 1:1 therapy in family homes with BCBA supervision. Paid travel time, mileage, and protected non-billable hours.
Work alongside a peer team at our center. Excellent for new RBTs — strong supervision and a supportive cohort.
For aspiring RBTs: we'll fully fund and train you toward certification while you work alongside our team. Psych/Ed undergrad encouraged.
The warm voice families hear first. Insurance verification, intake scheduling, and family advocacy. Healthcare background preferred.
Health, dental, vision — premiums paid in full for full-time staff. Family coverage available.
